Bottom Forty

Bottom Forty is a mirror ball in New York, a basement in Chicago, a cruise in L.A. and a night in the desert.

March’85 – Tracks 4 My Mom

Came across this compilation and you guys gotta’ make it yours. Showcasing an impressive range of styles; from acid to 2-step, garage, house and techno, this collection of tracks comes from the label March’85. I’m working on a Disco Droppings interview with the label head Ghostek, and my research led me to this release. Happy to see that my friends Arctic and Minerva¬†are featured in the tracklist. Arctic opens the compilation with “Kings”, a track I heard on his Soundcloud a while back, hyped to see it get a proper release. A stand out favorite for me on Tracks 4 My Mom is Ed Motion’s “Everyday”. Perfection.
