Wayne County & the Electric Chairs were part of the first wave of punk bands from the 1970s. The band is headed by Georgia transgender woman, Wayne County, who later changed her name to Jayne County.
This is exceptional as it highlights disco’s influence on punk bands in the 70’s. Recently released on the compilation “Under The Influence 3” and as a single. This is a must for any obscure collector out there.
